Vinifera Wine Bar & Bistro is pleased to announce their first wine dinner featuring the renowned wines of Oregon’s Patton Valley Vineyards paired with Vinifera’s fresh, seasonal food on Thursday, June 4, 2009. The wine dinner includes a 4-course meal with wine pairings for each course. Vinifera’s Executive Chef Bo Palker and a representative from Patton Valley Vineyards will describe how the characteristics of each wine enhance the savory flavors in dishes such as lamb and other delicious creations.
