Because Help is Still Needed Haiti Fundraiser

Join us for a fundraising event to benefit the victims of the earthquake in Haiti, who have been instrumental in providing urgently needed medical treatment to the thousands of people injured in the January 12 disaster.
This event is presented by the l'Alliance Française de Washington, in partnership with Doctors Without Borders, with support from Planete Chic, Petits Plats French Restaurant, La Fourchette French Restaurant, Méditerranée French Restaurant (Great Falls, VA), Bonaparte Breads (Baltimore), Filmfest DC, GW Lisner Auditorium, Letelier Theater, Calypso Import & Calypso Organic Selection, International Consulting in Cooking & Catering, and more.
A short discussion will be lead by Guillaume Debré, US Correspondent for TF1 French Television, with Stanley Lucas, Executive Committee, Greater Washington Haiti Relief Committee (http://www.gwhrc.org/), and (to be confirmed) a representative from Doctors Without Borders. They will speak about the work being done on the ground and the progress of the organization’s relief projects in Haiti .
Silent Auction including: a free session of classes at the Alliance Française with a family membership (value: $445), concert tickets, paintings, wine, hotel nights, the use of Letelier theater* (value: $1,200), a dinner cooked by French chef at your home, and donated items to raise additional funds.
100% of all revenue from this event will go towards reconstruction efforts in Haiti.

Our minimum requested donation is $25, but please donate more if you can. 100% tax deductible.
Limited to 140 people. After this limit is reached, you may still donate but won't be able to attend the event.
