As a special salute to the National Cherry Blossom Festival. TenPenh's Executive Chef Cliff Wharton will offer this class on the festival's opening day to teach attendees how to prepare the dishes from TenPenh's Four-Course Cherry Blossom Tasting Menu. Wine and sake pairings will be served.
