From beakers to blenders, you're invited to explore the science and art behind the cocktail.  Find out how specific gravity, surface area and pH Levels play a role in creating the perfect libation.  The evening kicks off with an entertaining and informative presentation on the cocktail and finishes with complimentary hors d'oeuvres, hands-on demonstrations and a chance to sample a few signature drinks.
