Executive Chef Daniel Giusti opens up his kitchen to teach you to prepare traditional food from the Piedmont region of Italy. Guests will learn to prepare many Italian favorites, such as handmade pasta, risotto, and polenta. Pastry chef Travis Olson will share techniques for making zabaglione and gelato. The classes are followed by a three-course lunch with wine.
