Due to the success of 1789 Restaurant's new “Dinner with Daniel” series, Chef
Giusti has decided to host another event!

Priced at $125 per person (all inclusive), the menu will include a
five-course menu will be served celebrating ingredients from the Slow Food
Presidia program in conjunction with the Slow Food Foundation for
Biodiversity. Slow Food Presidia is a project that works to improve the
infrastructure of artisan food production in the United States. For the
perfect pairing, this Italian feast will be complemented by wines from the
Piedmont region.
