Usher in the fall flavors at BLT Steak as the downtown power spot hosts an exclusive demonstrative cooking class. Award-winning Executive Chef Victor Albisu features different varieties of all natural, grass fed meats and showcases the flavor differences to USDA and Black Angus beef.  Continuing his commitment to independent growers, Albisu will showcase the unique flavors of local ingredients.   Priced at $100 per person, inclusive of tax and tip, the afternoon includes instruction as well as an extravagant four-course lunch with complimentary cocktail and BLT's signature popovers.

 

Chef Albisu will enlighten guests with insight on the benefits of utilizing locally grown products as well as all natural grass fed meats, highlighting the difference in taste and texture.  Albisu also offers professional tips and tricks to help guests hone their culinary skills.  This intimate class is limited to only 30 guests and reservations are required.  The class menu will showcase dishes such as Steak Tartare and a selection of fresh grilled meats.

 

Albisu combines his own knowledge of Cuban and Peruvian preparations with the classic French techniques of his training to showcase a diverse range of dishes.  In addition to feasting on a delicious lunch prepared by Albisu, guests will receive all the recipes and tips showcased during the class.
