The first glimpse of the cool fall weather has finally arrived and Executive Chef Wes Morton has prepared a delicious five-course dinner just for the occasion. The Chef has teamed up with Fresh Link, a small co-op of farms in Virginia's Shenandoah Valley, to create a completely local and organic menu that segues summer's light flavors into the first fall harvest. Each course will be expertly paired with wine from Barboursville Vineyards, a local Virginia winery. Representatives from the farm and vineyard will be on hand to answer questions about local, organic and seasonal ingredients.
