Midwinter Fete

The WNO Midwinter Fête is coming up on Saturday, February 20, and promises to be an enchanting evening of French culture, cuisine, and entertainment, raising funds for Washington National Opera. Under the gracious patronage of His Excellency Pierre Vimont, the Ambassador of France, we will celebrate at La Maison Française, in the Embassy of France. Guests will be transported to the streets of Paris to enjoy angelic opera performances and French chansons, savor mouthwatering cocktails and an array of foods from fine restaurants, peruse the indoor market of auction items, and bask in avant-garde French lounge music aimed to lure feet to the dance floor!

The auction will sport some particularly nice offerings, including travel, spa experiences, and even a chance to meet Fox News’ Chris Wallace for a taping and brunch. Browse the entire catalog at the Midwinter Fête website.
