Chef/Owner Ris Lacoste, longtime food and football fanatic, unveils a new “Hang Time” menu at  RIS.  The menu will be available at the bar and in the café seating areas every Sunday from noon to close throughout the NFL season.

This week, guests are invited to watch the Redskins take on the Texans or the Ravens vs. Bengals on any of RIS’ three large, flat panel televisions.  The new menu features whimsical takes on classic stadium favorites: Fig and Prosciutto Pie with fresh ricotta, arugula and parmesan, Grilled Polish Sausage with peppers and onions or sauerkraut and mustard, Two Franks, Pepperoni Pizza, or Nachos prepared fresh with black beans, white rice, chorizo and rancheros sauce.  Spicy Tempura Shrimp is served on napa cabbage slaw and a Maine Lobster Roll is piled high with succulent lobster, served with potato chips and pickles.

The game time specials extend behind the bar as well.  All day each Sunday guests can choose from Abita Light or a Bloody Mary for only $4.00.
