The American Lamb Board will bring together dozens of top Washington DC restaurants and chefs, including executive chef Nick Stefanelli of Bibiana, to celebrate American Lamb by creating flavorful lamb dishes paired with Washington Wines.
• Approximately 16-20 D.C. restaurants/chefs offering samples of dishes featuring American Lamb.
• Friendly chef/dish competition to garner awards and prizes in categories including “Best in Show,” “People’s Choice” and “Best Leg, Loin, Shank and Shoulder” categories with voting by a panel of key media representatives and event attendees.
• Hands-on American lamb butcher demos.
