Birch & Barley and Sierra Nevada are pairing up to present a no-holds-barred beer & food experience. Guests will be treated to a five-course menu featuring expertly crafted dishes by Executive Chef Kyle Bailey and Pastry Chef Tiffany MacIsaac, paired with nine of Sierra Nevada ’s most exciting brews. Unexpected, yet perfectly balanced combinations such as Seared Hake with Orzo, Asparagus and Ramp Pesto with Sierra Nevada Weizenbock are sure to please. Guiding guests through the evening will be Brewery Ambassador Steve Grossman and Beer Director Greg Engert.
