Will Congress do anything on clean energy this year or keep sweating through winter & pretend all is well?

Will anyone call wannabe Congressional centrists on claiming to support "all of the above" in theory while mostly just protecting oil & coal subsidies in practice?

And most importantly considering the date, how is global warming affecting groundhog hibernation?

We may or may not actually get to any of those questions as we meet at Top of the Hill for February's DBTC, but dammit, this is DC - do you expect us policy nerds to just relax & hang out? We need a pretense.
