Seeing as HCDC is the largest consumer of Shiner Beer this side of the Mississippi River, we're kicking off our special dinner series with a Shiner Beer Pairing Dinner with special guest Shiner Brewmaster Jimmy Mauric on Tuesday, February 7th. Join us starting at 6:30 PM in the market for hors d'oeuvres and beer, followed by a three course menu including a Shiner you'll rarely see outside of Texas.
