One of Taiwan's top culinary artists, chef Hou Chun-sheng serves his award-winning beef noodles* during a reception at the Freer, followed by a screening of Eat Drink Man Woman, a food-centric film by director Ang Lee.

Free and open to the public. No tickets required. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. Meyer Auditorium doors open 30 minutes before each show.

*Due to regulations at the Freer, no hot soup can be served; the chef will make small portions of a dry version of beef noodles.
