AAHP Community Day 2014: One Healthy Life Leads to Another

In honor of National Minority Health Month (April) the African American Health Program is hosting our 1st Annual Community Day at Montgomery College on Saturday April 19th from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. AAHP Community Day will offer a FREE health resource fair with information booths, health screenings, live cooking demonstrations, fitness activities and motivational speakers plus much more!
