To RSVP for any or all classes send an email with the class(es) you’re interestedin registering for to Erika.Rydberg@dc.gov. (We will take the first 30 RSVPs and then put any remaining folks on a waiting list).
Our wonderful teachers come from different disciplines but are hoping to bring some health to your mind and body during a busy work week.
Please bring your own mat.

As always all of our programs are free and open to the public.
