The Downtown, DC Dining Destination Will Serve Modern, Creative Takes on Holiday Favorites Throughout the Week of Passover
BLT Steak DC is giving families and loved ones a place to gather this Passover with a special menu, featuring modern takes on traditional Seder foods in honor of the upcoming holiday. For the second year, the downtown dining destination will feature symbolic foods like lamb shank, hard-boiled eggs, horseradish and endive in a special family-style menu, available as a prix-fixe or a la carte, throughout the holiday, from Saturday, April 4 through Saturday, April 11.
During the week of Passover, Chef Will Artley will serve his takes on the classic holiday fixings, offered family-style, for guests looking to celebrate the Passover traditions. The Passover-friendly menu will include dishes such as a 62 Degree Farm Egg with sunchoke, beet & horseradish, Compressed Endive with apricot marmalade & sherry, Lamb Shank with olive, oven-dried tomato relish & mint pesto, and a Macaroon Plate featuring four different versions of the coconut pastries.
BLT Steak's Passover menu will be available during dinner service, both a la carte and as a three-course prix-fixe tasting menu for $60 per person:
