Games Night
Cost:
$10.00
Included Items:
Free pizza and light refreshments.

Meet game developers and play and test STEM games they are creating! Give your input about what works and what you would like to see more of.

· Remix the elements of Rock, Paper, Scissors with E-Line Media, a partner for the National STEM Video Game Challenge. What if one aspect or rule of a familiar game was changed? How would the game’s variables and each player’s objectives be affected?

· Play several rounds and give feedback on Farposhket, an engineering-themed card game that Jonathan Nardolilli is developing for Ideaventions. Players add components to the machine à la dominoes, with each part converting energy from an input form to a desired output form.

· Play and give feedback on the digital That Rock Paper Scissor Game! with Anthony Powell, owner and developer of Philosoplay. This game presents new twists on the classic.

Advance ticket purchase is strongly recommended. Admission: $7 students & fellows, $10 general. Admission includes free pizza and light refreshments. For tickets: http://jan29gamenight.eventbrite.com.
