Passed Hors d’Oeuvres

19th Tea: Amber Ale with Black Tea and Lemon- This beer is a re-creation of the classic Arnold Palmer beverage: a light amber ale brewed with black tea and finished with lemon juice and even more black tea. Mild caramel malt aroma with notes of iced tea and lemon that carry into the flavor.

Roasted Celery Root and Johnny Gold Apple Velouté

Roulade of Guinea Hen Stuffed with Foie Gras and Mushrooms

Infinite Amber Ale- Easy drinking and infinitely smooth, this amber ale is classic in style yet uniquely approachable. Hints of roast and caramel lend to a slightly sweet malt with a semi-dry finish.

Pork Cheek Civet, Root Vegetables and Dried Apricot

Stout Flavored Braising Jus

Dusk till Dusk Barrel-Aged Imperial Espresso Stout- A blend of 8 hand-selected barrels of our most imperial stout aged in a variety of rum & bourbon barrels for 6-18 months. It offers huge aromas of plum, fig, cedar box & dark cocoa. The mouthfeel is ultra-silky with flavors of brown sugar, maple, molasses & dark chocolate.

Peppercorn Crusted Tenderloin of Bison, Brussels Sprouts

Potato and Gruyère Cake and Shiitake Mushrooms

Poor Righteous West-Coast IPA- This West Coast-inspired IPA displays a leaner malt base with a big, juicy hop profile. Lemons, limes and tropical fruit are the hop notes with a clean and crisp finish.

Reblochon Stone Fruit Cheesecake

Feed the Monkey Orange Hefeweizen- A German style Hefeweizen that combines traditional notes of clove and banana with subtle citrus aromas and flavors to provide balance and complexity.
