As part of the Georgetown BID's outdoor light-art exhibition, Georgetown GLOW 2016, Art Soiree is hosting a Silent Disco next to one of this year’s light art installations—'On the Wings of Freedom' by Aether & Hemera.
Freedom, indeed, as you dance your heart out among a crowd of glowing headsets, one of three different genres of music pumping through each one of them. As you switch between the channels, your headset will light up with a designated color for each DJ so you can easily tell what each attendee is dancing and listening to. We guarantee you’ll be talking about this one long after the night ends.
*Wireless headsets are limited and will be available on a first come first serve basis only. Participants are required to have a valid government issued ID for headset pick-up as a collateral. IDs will be taken in exchange for the headphones. Return the headphones, Get your ID back. As simple as that!
