Executive Chef Javier Romero and Sommelier Jorge Olias wants to invite you to indulge into the Ribera del Duero Wines from winery "Pago de Carraovejas", featuring world famous "el Anejon" $100.00 (Tax and Gratuity not included). 

Pago de Carraovejas is a singular wine, with its own unique, tremendously engaging, personality and a character born from the accumulation of its highly expressive aromas, intense color, meaty, potent and exuberant flavor that manifests each of the characteristic of each variety. The varietal personalities contributed by the Tinta del País (our landrace red), Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot are cradled in the essential nuances contributed by the particular terroir of the Carraovejas hillsides.

Full flavored, elegant, curiously docile and vigorous at the same time, these wines are able to transmit deep fragrances and palates, providing an experience rich in nuances that make them….remain in our memory.

Reception begins at 6:30 p.m. and dinner will be served at 7:00 p.m.
