You’re invited to sweat, burn and tone up during a special FlyBarre pop-up class, hosted by Flywheel Sports and DC Brau. Join us for Barre + Beers on Sunday 10/22 at 2pm. FLY fans and fitness enthusiasts will enjoy an intensive 45-minute FlyBarre class followed by complimentary craft beer at DC Brau’s brewery in northeast Washington (3178-B Bladensburg Road NE). Please bring your mat, water bottle and ID.
