Diamonds (and Chocolate) Are a Girl’s Best Friend!

That certainly was the scene at the glamorous Diamonds and Chocolate Soiree, co-hosted by Cristina Maria Special Events at the Mervis Diamond Importers’ K street location. No lack of female attendance here-men take note! Of course, there were couples and others in the market for gorgeous diamonds there to take advantage of special event pricing and Mervis’ expertise. We, along with many others, happily admired the beautiful diamond necklaces, bracelets, and rings on display, while sampling delectable chocolates and delicious hors d'oeuvres like mini crab cakes, artichoke dip, and samosas (my personal favorite!) by MK Catering. In addition, we sipped on refreshing chocolate martinis mixed by the tireless David Markowitz of Professional Bartending Services, Inc. and helped ourselves to dipping yummy treats (marshmallows, pretzels, strawberries, just to name a few) in the irresistible chocolate fountain, courtesy of The Chocolate Chick. A chocolate fountain topped with sparkling diamonds-of course!
