The Fourth Estate at the National Press Club’s Chef/Author Wine Dinner will feature James Oseland, editor-in-chief of Saveur Magazine and author of the book. The Chef/Author Wine Dinners offer guests a reception and five-course dinner, designed from recipes in the book, paired with wines that will make your palate dance.
