TUESDAY, May 26 Chef/Author Wine Dinner - Fourth Estate National Press Club 529 14th Street, NW 6:30-9:30pm $70 for members, $93 for non-members Cradle of Flavor: Home Cooking from the Spice Islands of Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore. The Fourth Estate at the National Press Club’s Chef/Author Wine Dinner will feature James Oseland, editor-in-chief of Saveur Magazine and author of the book. The Chef/Author Wine Dinners offer guests a reception and five-course dinner, designed from recipes in the book, paired with wines that will make your palate dance.
