Acclaimed restaurateur Wolfgang Puck and Scott Drewno, executive chef at The Source, will discuss fine food, fine dining and Puck’s international expansion at a special program Jan. 21 at the Newseum.

Puck, a celebrated chef, philanthropist and Emmy Award winner, is the author of “Wolfgang Puck Makes It Easy.” The Source is his first fine-dining restaurant in the nation’s capital. It is consistently ranked one of the top restaurants in Washington, D.C.

A buffet lunch with Chef Puck and book signing will follow the program at noon on the 8th floor of the Knight Conference Center.

Seating is limited to 140 people.
