Vinoteca Hosts "Vir" Gin Launch

Virginia's Copper Fox Distillery, known for its single malt and rye whiskeys, is branching out into the gin market with its new product "Vir" Gin. The gin will launch with a tasting party at U Street's Vinoteca, where Copper Fox owner Rick Wasmund will be pouring complimentary tastes of the new local gin and Vinoteca mixologist Horus Alvarez will serve up four "Vir" Gin cocktails discounted to $7 for the evening. Copper Fox Distillery gin is distilled in Sperryville, Va.
