Cherry Blossom Family Celebration

Spring has arrived! Join the Smithsonian American Art Museum to celebrate D.C.'s famous cherry blossom season with floral-themed craft activities, live music, Japanese screen painting and a gardening demonstration from Smithsonian Gardens. Explore how Japanese art and culture have influenced American artists through an interactive scavenger hunt.

1:30 p.m. - Tea Talk with Teaism (Luce Center, 3rd Floor)
2:15 – 2:45 p.m. Koto and shakuhachi musical performance
