Natalie Smith has studied Tai Chi Chuan with Sifu Raymond Wong (of the DC Jow Ga Federation ) for over 7 years. She teaches one on one sessions and group classes throughout the DC area.

As a method toward better health and stress management, Natalie is able to provide coaching and help students reach their fitness goals.

Whether indoors in Chinatown or outdoors at 1700 2nd St. NW, her students always leave with a sense of relief and accomplishment. Natalie's ability to share her knowledge about Tai Chi is done with a sense of caring and a focus on individual and community success.

About Tai Chi:

Tai Chi is a form of exercise that anyone can do regardless of age or physical condition because the slow and gentle movements are not strenuous or harmful to the body. The practice of Tai Chi balances the connection of the mind with the various components of the body, systematically improving the efficiency of the mind working with the body. When the mind is optimally in tuned and working properly with the entire body, one is able to function more effectively in any type of adverse situations.
