This is not a Goodbye, but Farewell Fete, marking the closure of CARBON as of Dec 23. 

Since March, I embarked on creating a space for sustainable fashion and art and am saddened to end the journey so soon.  Thank you for embracing my vision for the store and choosing to support local.  This fete is for you as a small token of my appreciation.  Enjoy refreshments, final sales, and groove to my Pandora Playlist (feel free to break into into a few dance moves - I do all the time!).

BYT is  taking over the old Borders bookstore, with 50,000 sq ft of DJs like JD Samson of Le Tigre, tons of bands doing guilty pleasure cover songs, a special FotoWeek DC exhibit, hampster balls, lasers, and a full open bar all night for only $70!
